James Johnson is leading the conversation on our nation’s demographic changes. Aging, color, regionalism and gender are a few of the trends he has identified that will have the potential to reshape our culture and much of our commerce.

Johnson — the William R. Kenan Jr. Distinguished Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and director of the Urban Investment Strategies Center at the Frank Hawkins Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise — has identified that will have the potential to reshape our culture and much of our commerce.
