The school leverages dramatic cases, such as Ernest Shackleton’s doomed Antarctic expedition, and immersive storytelling to engage students in stressful and emotional moments of uncertainty. What if you were Shackleton in charge of 28 men trapped in the ice? Students learn leadership skills through a multi-dimensional approach that simulates real-world decision making. After 100 years, UNC Kenan-Flagler continues to pioneer new ways to educate future business leaders.
