The Graduate School provides leadership to envision, shape and support the highest quality education for a diverse community of graduate students whose contributions will have global impact. Graduate students and programs are essential to Carolina's tradition of excellence in research, undergraduate teaching and community-engaged scholarship. In keeping with that ideal, The Graduate School demonstrates a deep commitment to supporting the academic and professional success of the more than 8,000 graduate students across the University.
